Address (email, phone  website etc)

Birthdate

Approximate years at CopyCorp (dates)(locations)

Who did you work for  at CopyCorp?

Business  careers after CopyCorp (interesting things you remember)

Family (Spouse, children, grandchildren, pets etc)

Hobbies,  (whatever you enjoy, golf, travel, collector of things,  etc)

Finally, include anything that you want to include.
